Career

Elizabeth A. Corradino is the Chair of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment/Media & Technology practice group and has a sophisticated practice addressing the legal and business challenges faced by content creators and distributors operating across digital and legacy media platforms.

Liz provides strategic counsel on the full content lifecycle, including rights acquisition, talent agreements, development and production, licensing, syndication, and multi-platform distribution. She regularly advises on the clearance, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property assets, and structures complex transactions involving branded content, influencer collaborations, social media activations, experiential marketing, media planning and buying, and live event production. Her expertise extends to navigating regulatory compliance, negotiating content exploitation agreements, and managing risk in the monetization and global dissemination of creative works.

Liz is a member of the Board of Directors of The Keen Company, an award-winning Off-Broadway theater company, actively participates in numerous professional organizations such as New York Women in Film & Television, the International Trademark Association and the Association of National Advertisers and is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section. She also presents programs, authors articles and comments on issues relating to entertainment and media, technology, and intellectual property law.

Liz played a key role in developing Moses Singer’s online Right of Publicity Heatmap, which outlines common law and statutory publicity rights in all 50 states. This resource helps individuals and businesses navigate the complex landscape of laws governing publicity rights across the country by providing a color-coded overview of each state’s level of protection, detailed data on the scope of coverage (such as inclusion of voices or deceased personalities), and statutory penalties. It also links to relevant state statutes and statutory protections.
