Simon is the Managing Partner of the firm with extensive experience in Banking, Finance, Project Development, Infrastructure and Energy. He specializes in all aspects of finance including corporate finance, project finance, restructurings, refinance, bilateral transactions, and syndicated transactions. Under projects, he has extensive experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, and public-private partnerships. Simon also advises on employment matters, insolvency, and Real Estate transactions.

Simon is recognized  for his expertise in corporate and commercial law, finance and project development and has represented an array of clients including multinational corporations, Zambia’s leading public and private companies, investment and retail banks, other financial institutions, private equity providers & international development finance institutions.
