Patrícia focuses on Tax Law, more specifically on high-complexity judicial and administrative litigation involving federal, state, and municipal taxes. She is recognized for her in-depth understanding of clients’ specific needs and her outstanding technical expertise. 

She advises both domestic and international clients on risk assessment and representation before the relevant authorities in matters such as regulatory compliance, tax installment plans, amnesties, special tax regimes, reimbursements, and formal consultations. Patrícia has extensive experience in tax burden reduction projects, whether through formal consultations or litigation, as well as in customs and social security disputes.
