Founding partner of Coelho & Dalle. Has been leading the firm’s administrative and public law team for almost 15 years, with special focus on the healthcare, public transport, car rental, call center, financial institutions, logistics, and leasing sectors. His experience in the area also includes transactions involving operations in Ports and Airports.

Ricardo served as legal director at the Grande Recife Consortium and as President of the OAB-PE’s Mobility Committee.

Portuguese and English

He holds post-graduate degrees in Administrative Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), and a Bachelor of Law’s degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP). He is currently an LLM candidate in regulation and infrastructure at UNICAP.
