Pablo concentrates his practice in Tax and Corporate Law, with over ten years of experience advising individuals, family offices, national and international companies, and corporate groups on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

His tax advisory practice focuses on corporate and family business structuring, domestic and international taxation, tax-efficient investment structures, business succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and tax compliance. He regularly advises clients on mergers, divisions, transformations, capital contributions, acquisitions, disposals, and other transactions involving the restructuring of corporate and family-owned assets.

Pablo also represents clients in tax audits, administrative proceedings, and other matters before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII) and the Chilean General Treasury (TGR). His work includes the assessment of tax contingencies, the preparation of legal strategies, and assistance in regularization and compliance processes.

His corporate practice encompasses the incorporation and reorganization of companies, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance matters, due diligence processes, and the negotiation and implementation of transactions involving Chilean and foreign investors. He provides practical advice aimed at aligning legal and tax structures with his clients’ business, investment, and succession objectives.
