Jorge concentrates his practice in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and M&A, with more than 20 years of experience advising companies in complex corporate and regulatory matters.

Jorge has advised national and international clients in strategic matters regarding Law No. 20.393 (Criminal Liability of Legal Entities), Law No. 21.595 (Economic Crimes), and compliance programs aligned with FCPA and UK Bribery Act. His work encompasses the design and implementation of crime prevention models, compliance policies, risk matrices and corporate governance frameworks, providing direct counsel to boards and C-Suite executives on critical business decisions.

His corporate advisory practice extends to M&A transactions, due diligence processes, corporate restructurings and strategic contract negotiations across highly regulated sectors including mining, energy, healthcare and financial services. He advises clients on ESG integration and enterprise risk management, ensuring alignment between business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, Jorge has led consultancies combining compliance with operational strategy, helping organizations transform their legal function into a value-creation partner. His approach integrates regulatory compliance with business growth, treating corporate law as a strategic enabler rather than a barrier.
