Celso is Co-Managing Partner of Mannrich e Vasconcelos Advogados and head of the firm’s Labour & Employment practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in labour litigation, representing major Brazilian and multinational companies in complex and high-stakes disputes.

He is particularly recognised for his ability to design effective procedural and advocacy strategies in sensitive and technically demanding cases, combining strong legal analysis with a pragmatic understanding of clients’ business realities. His practice focuses on strategic litigation and complex employment disputes.

In addition to his litigation work, Celso plays a central role in the leadership and development of the firm’s team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages lawyers to develop their strengths and deliver high-quality legal services.
