Tiago focuses his practice on infrastructure, especially in the electricity sector, both in corporate operations (M&A) and project finance, as well as in regulatory issues. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, self-generation structures, structured project financing, EPC, Strategic/Project Alliance Agreements, consortiums, purchase and sale of electricity, development of infrastructure projects, commercial contracts, tenders and other regulatory issues.
