Customs and Foreign Exchange Manager

Felipe is a lawyer with more than ten years of experience in customs, foreign exchange and tax matters. He specializes in import and export operations, foreign trade incentive mechanisms, and has advised companies across multiple sectors on consulting matters, litigation and project structuring.

At Araújo Ibarra, he serves as Manager in the Customs and Foreign Exchange Law Unit, where he leads the preparation of legal opinions and represents clients before administrative and judicial authorities in customs, foreign exchange and tax matters. He also advises on the structuring of projects with significant customs implications.

His experience includes participating in free zone declaration projects and representing clients in successful judicial proceedings.
