Mitchell Jagodinski is an associate attorney at the Diaz Reus Miami office. His practice focuses on both state and federal litigation with experience stretching from state court all the way to Supreme Court cases. His key practice areas focus on complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense, oftentimes representing clients throughout the United States and Latin America who have business or property interests in South Florida. Adjacent to his litigation practice, he frequently counsels clients on business development and expansion.

Prior to starting his legal career, Mitchell worked in marketing and brand management on a diverse array of brands, from an electronics company in Ningbo, China to a major videogame company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Leveraging his past experience, Mitchell is a terrific storyteller, and in a litigation context is able to distill complex and convoluted matters down to simple and easy to understand issues for the court to rule on.

Recently, Mitchell has seen great success in Florida courts, achieving victories for clients at trial, on summary judgment, and through successful settlement negotiations. He also has a strong track record of effectively defending his clients against adverse litigation, ensuring prompt dismissal of various lawsuits involving environmental issues, property interests, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosure actions, breach of contract and other commercial-related disputes.
