Jennifer Beauchamps Haché is a partner at Pellerano & Herrera with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and financial law. Her practice focuses on project finance, banking, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

She has advised on complex local and cross-border transactions across key sectors, including energy, real estate, telecommunications, and infrastructure, representing lenders, sponsors, and multinational companies.

Prior to joining Pellerano & Herrera, she was a partner at a leading Dominican law firm and previously worked as an associate in recognized firms, as well as a legal advisor on major real estate and energy projects.

She holds a law degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law and Economic Legislation.
