Associate

Marcela Bojorge Navarro joined the Firm in 2022 as an Associate in the Labor practice area. Her experience is focused on Labor Litigation and Consulting, handling matters of an individual and collective nature. She advises domestic and foreign clients on terminations, union negotiations, individual and collective bargaining agreements, internal labor regulations, joint commissions and employer substitutions. In litigation matters, she attends conciliation hearings for strike calls and follows up on matters before the "Conciliation and Arbitration Boards" and "Labor Courts".
