Career
Daniel Cavazos is one of the three founding partners of the Firm. He is a business lawyer based in CCN’s McAllen office. Daniel’s practice focuses predominately on key sectors such as the automotive, electronics, and agro-industrial sectors in Mexico and in the United States.
He represents clients from the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia that wish to establish and maintain manufacturing and other business operations in Mexico and the United States.
Daniel advises clients engaging in a variety of business ventures and transactions, such as joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the manufacture, sale, distribution, and marketing of goods. He works on a wide range of matters relating to such projects, including planning aspects and contractual requirements, real estate and asset acquisitions, required permits, and banking and finance transactions.
He is a member of the Beta of Texas Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa and is a frequent speaker on international legal topics involving Mexico, the United States, and other countries with foreign investors in the USMCA region.
