Claudio's practice is centered on representing and advising large multinational companies in complex legal matters, including proceedings before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Labor Courts, and Administrative Courts. He specializes in both individual and collective labor disputes, strike processes, and administrative procedures involving the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare.

Claudio has extensive experience in the hiring and termination of unionized personnel, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, legal opinions on expatriate structures, subcontracting, and the establishment of compensation schemes. He also advises on labor implications in commercial transactions and the design of occupational risk prevention policies.

Alongside his professional practice, he has been a university professor at the Universidad de la Ciudad de Matamoros since 1995.
