As a partner at CCN, Raymundo’s specializes in advising financial institutions and institutional borrowers on a wide range of financial transactions, including both secured and unsecured financing with domestic and cross-border components. His expertise also includes cross-border M&A transactions involving companies across various industries and sectors. Raymundo co-heads the firm’s Data Protection Practice Group and has extensive experience in privacy and personal data protection matters. He has authored several articles and actively participates as a panelist in events focused on personal data protection and cybersecurity. In addition to his professional experience, he served as a member editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance (2019–2020).
