Pablo has more than 30 years of experience in both consulting and litigation, predominantly in matters of individual and collective labor law.​

Pablo provides advice to large multinational companies about processes before the labor authorities; litigation; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with local and national unions; legal opinions and expatriate structures; subcontracting structures; establishment of compensation schemes; the creation and operation of profitable hiring structures, employer substitutions, advice on labor repercussions in commercial transactions; design and implementation of internal policies about internal work regulations.​

He also advises on the management of labor inspections, reviewing processes and legitimizing collective bargaining agreements, and frequently speaks on employment law topics at events sponsored by professional and trade organizations.​

Before joining CCN, he spent over 15 years at Von Wobeser y Sierra, where he served as Lawyer and Labor Partner (1996–2011).
