Brianda is an attorney specializing in Customs Law and Foreign Trade, with a strong academic background and over 8 years of experience providing legal counsel to national and international companies. She currently leads legal strategies in customs compliance, regulatory audits, litigation, and obtaining key authorizations such as IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT-IEPS Certification, and AEO.

Her professional background includes extensive experience in customs litigation, administrative procedures, unfair trade practices, origin verification processes, and legal defense before tax authorities. She has advised clients in both Spanish and English, supporting operational and strategic needs across various industries.

She also contributes as a lecturer in postgraduate programs and specialized diplomas, in addition to authoring academic publications on fiscal defense, international agreements, and customs regulation.

Before joining CCN, she built a solid trajectory in prestigious law firms such as Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, where she served as Senior Associate (2023–2025); Hogan Lovells BSTL, where she practiced as Associate (2017–2023); and Basham, Ringe y Correa, where she started her professional career as Legal Intern (2014–2016).
