José Manuel is an Associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras. He has over 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance Law.

He has been involved in administrative proceedings before various public authorities, as well as procedures before the National Banking and Insurance Commission (CNBS) and the Central Bank of Honduras (BCH). His experience also includes labor proceedings, due diligence reports, and legal audits for financial institutions such as BAC and Citibank Honduras.
