She has been involved in strategic negotiations related to real estate projects, corporate restructurings, comprehensive legal audits, due diligence, competition, mergers, and acquisitions. She has also led legal teams for major commercial and industrial companies across multiple jurisdictions, providing support both in Honduras and abroad.
