Susan is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – Honduras. With over 33 years of experience in Corporate and Labor Law, she has served as an auditor and legal advisor to both multinational and national companies.

In the corporate field, she has advised local and foreign companies on incorporations, capital increases, transformations, dissolutions, asset and share sales, as well as on the updating of legal representatives and filing of corporate changes before governmental and municipal authorities. She also has extensive experience in contract drafting.

In the labor field, she provides ongoing counsel to general management, human resources, and other departments, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Her practice includes disciplinary proceedings, representation before the Ministry of Labor and labor courts, advice on domestic and international compliance complaints, suspension of operations, as well as the drafting and updating of employment contracts, internal policies, and workplace regulations.
