Roberto is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with more than 16 years of experience in the banking sector. His main practice areas include banking and finance law, corporate law, notarial and registry law.

Throughout his career, he has participated in significant transactions for banking institutions, providing legal counsel on corporate governance, financing with local and international financial entities, and advising on the negotiation and structuring of complex contracts.

Roberto also has experience advising on technological projects at all stages, assisting institutions in implementing process improvements and managing legal risks related to institutional modernization.
