Francisco is an Associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador with over 8 years of experience in corporate law, banking and finance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and foreign investment. He has been involved in key transactions in industries such as aeronautics, real estate, telecommunications, and professional services.

He has advised foreign companies on their incorporation in El Salvador, assisting with legal procedures and compliance with corporate obligations to begin operations in the country. Francisco has also taken part in local and regional M&A transactions, advising both buyers and sellers throughout successful deal closures.

Additionally, he has supported companies in corporate regularizations, helping them strengthen governance structures and update compliance with corporate and commercial obligations before the relevant authorities.
