Senior Associate

Johanna is a senior associate at Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. She has more than 20 years of experience advising both local and international companies, mainly in the area of tax litigation at the administrative, judicial, and municipal levels. She advises major companies with a strong national presence in tax audits, assessments, and administrative as well as contentious-administrative proceedings.

Throughout her career, she has worked at the National Registry, served as a tax resolver at the General Directorate of Taxation, and was an associate attorney at a regional law firm advising companies on tax matters.
