With extensive experience in corporate compliance, and corporate law, she specializes in the design and maintenance of corporate structures in different jurisdictions, reorganization of companies, as well as in the design and implementation of compliance programs, including those aspects used for prevention of money laundering.

Fluent in spanish and english and has extensive knowledge of french.

Has a Master's Degree in Legal Strategy from Instituto OMG (2019). An LL.M. (Master of Laws) with concentration in International Business and Law Economics from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., United States (2009). She graduated summa cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2007). She holds an AMLCA Anti-Money Laundering certification from the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) and the Florida International University (FIU), associate level. She is a Judicial Interpreter.
