Thales Falek is a partner in the Tax practice of Vella Pugliese Buosi Guidoni Advogados. He focuses his practice on the intersection of tax law, agribusiness, foreign trade, and tariff policy, with over a decade of experience in strategic litigation, regulatory consulting, and institutional relations.

His academic background includes a master's degree in Economic and Financial Law from the University of São Paulo – USP (in progress) and an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI. Throughout his career, he has worked at Leading law firms in Brazil, with a strong focus on practices involving administrative and judicial litigation. He has also led strategic demands related to public tax policies, tax incentive models, special regimes for agribusiness, and disputes of great economic impact involving ICMS, PIS/Cofins, tax classification, customs regimes, and taxation of the agro-industrial chain.
