Patricia Barbosa is a partner of the Intellectual Property, TMT and Corporate practices at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. With more than 15 years of experience, she concentrates her practice on intellectual property, TMT and Commercial Law. Patricia has a substantial expertise advising national and international companies and groups from different industries including telecommunications.
Her practice includes: regulatory work for technology, media and telecom industries; IT/Telecom agreements, including outsourcing and supply of hardware and turn-key solutions; preventive guidance on advertising and entertainment; M&A and other investment joint-venture transactions involving technology industry players; legal due diligences.
