Joshua joined Galicia in 2022 as an associate of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices.
He has more than 15 years of experience representing private equity and funds specialized in asset acquisition and divestitures across various economic sectors.
Before joining the Firm, Joshua worked for a well-known Mexican law firm and at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s New York office as a foreign associate, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
