Claudia has participated in complex financing arrangements and strategic transactions within the energy industry, supporting national and international clients, and in disputes and arbitration processes related to energy and infrastructure projects.

Before joining the Firm, Claudia worked at recognized international law firms, where she advised on upstream and midstream energy matters.

With extensive experience in Mexico’s energy industry and regulatory landscape, she has been involved in a wide variety of matters across the energy sector, regulatory compliance, and transactional advice.

She advises clients on contractual matters, the structuring and negotiation of energy projects, renewable and conventional, ranging from electricity generation to O&G, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

She earned her law degree with special recognition from Universidad Panamericana. Additionally, Claudia collaborated as a research fellow with a renowned International Private Law author and researcher at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México  and was a visiting fellow at Stanford University.
