Fabiola joined the firm as an intern (2007), transitioning to an associate role (2009) in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where she specialized for more than 12 years. Fabiola's experience in this field has equipped her with a range of multidisciplinary skills, making her distinguished in the Wealth Management practice. She was later promoted to Wealth Management Counsel (2025).

Fabiola earned her law degree with honors from Universidad Panamericana (2008), followed by a specialization in Business Law Institutions from the same institution (2009). Fabiola also holds a diploma in Fundamentals of Maritime Trade and Transport from Lloyd's Maritime Academy of London.
