María Paula Terrel is a partner in the Corporate and Energy & Natural Resources practices at Mitrani Caballero, with extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on complex transactions in Argentina. She counsels clients throughout the entire lifecycle of mining projects, from exploration and development to financing, construction, and commercialization. María Paula is highly skilled in structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and project financings, with a particular focus on the lithium sector.

She has played a key role in major M&A transactions, public tenders, and cross-border financings, including equity offerings and public takeovers.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, María Paula was a partner at HOLT Abogados (2008–2017) and a junior partner at Estudio Beccar Varela (2000–2008), bringing over two decades of experience to her practice.
