Matías Olcese is a partner at Mitrani Caballero, co-leading the Mining practice and active in the Banking & Finance and Energy & Natural Resources groups. He specializes in mining and corporate law, with a strong focus on regulatory, financing, and M&A transactions in the mining sector. Matías regularly advises private and listed companies (TSX, TSXV, ASX, AIM, LSE, NYSE, OTCBB) on exploration, option agreements, royalties, joint ventures, project development, and asset acquisitions involving various minerals. He has extensive experience conducting title due diligence and issuing legal opinions on mining properties across Argentina.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero in 2017, Matías was a partner at HOLT Abogados, and previously worked as an associate at Estudio Beccar Varela and Zang Bergel & Viñes.
