Career

Mariana Ardizzone leads the oil and gas practice and is recognized as one of Argentina’s foremost experts in the sector. She has extensive experience structuring transnational gas pipeline and power generation projects across the Southern Cone and has played a key role in major international asset and share swaps involving refineries, E&P assets, and retail stations in Argentina and Brazil. Mariana has also advised Canadian and U.S. E&P startups in Argentina and regularly counsels clients on M&A and complex regulatory matters in the energy and natural resources industries.

Before joining the firm in 2017, Mariana founded Ardizzone Abogados, was a partner at Maciel, Norman & Asociados, and served as in-house counsel at Bridas S.A.P.I.C. and Pan American Energy LLC.
