Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone is a partner in the Tax department, specializing in comprehensive tax advice for Argentine and international clients. He regularly counsels on domestic taxation, cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments involving non-residents in Argentina and Argentine investments abroad. Juan Manuel also has significant experience in tax litigation at federal, provincial, and municipal levels.

Before joining the firm, he was a Senior Consultant and Manager in the International Tax Services department at Ernst & Young Argentina (2015–2018), and previously an associate at Mitrani Caballero in Public Law, Business Regulation, and Tax practices (2011–2015). He is a member of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales.

Mr. Iglesias Mamone is admitted to the Buenos Aires City Bar and is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
