Ana Clara Gómez Casadei is a partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Mitrani Caballero, with broad experience in both individual and collective labor law. She advises entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative businesses, working closely with incubators, accelerators, and public entities.

Ana Clara began her career at the firm as a paralegal in 2007, became a senior associate in 2015, and was previously an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2006–2007). She teaches postgraduate courses on Corporate Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Labor Recruitment Law at the Postgraduate School of Economics. Admitted to practice in Buenos Aires and La Plata,
