Natalia A. Rauchberger is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Mitrani Caballero, with extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border financial transactions. She is highly regarded for her work in project finance, debt restructurings, syndicated loans, and capital markets, representing leading banks, investment funds, and corporate borrowers in Argentina and internationally. Natalia’s practice encompasses structuring and negotiating sophisticated financing arrangements, including infrastructure and energy projects, as well as advising on regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Mitrani Caballero, Natalia was an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (1998–2013), where she played a key role in high-profile transactions across Latin America. She also gained international experience as a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (2002–2003).
