Career

Corina Laudato leads the firm’s tax practice. She is a tax planning expert and has extensive experience providing comprehensive tax advice with an emphasis on the tax structuring of sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business reorganisations, private equity investments and their associated financings. She advises clients on matters involving corporate and individual taxation and is active in designing and implementing international tax-efficient investment and business platforms.

Prior to joining the firm, she was special counsel at Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (jr) (1999–2001/2005–2012). She was a New York-based associate with international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (2002–2005).

She was admitted to the New York Bar and to the Buenos Aires City Bar and is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the International Bar Association.
