Career
Rafael González Arzac is a partner in the Administrative Law and Business Regulation practice at Mitrani Caballero, with over 40 years of experience. He specializes in administrative law, public contracting, public services regulation, and tax litigation, representing clients before all levels of administrative agencies and courts, including the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.
Previously, he was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2002–2007), an associate at Alegría Law Firm (1990–2002), a member of the Federal Administrative Court of Appeals (1984–1990), and Secretary to the Supreme Court of Justice of Buenos Aires Province (1979–1984). He is a member of the Administrative Law Institute of the Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, an arbitrator for the Arbitral Tribunal of the Unión Industrial Argentina, and a professor at the University of Buenos Aires.
