Lorenzo Gnecco is a partner in the Labor and Social Security Law practice at Mitrani Caballero, with over four decades of experience in employment, collective bargaining, and social security matters.

He previously served as a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005–2007), senior legal advisor at Techint Group (1988–2005), and officer at the National Labor Courts of Buenos Aires (1980–1988).

Lorenzo has advised clients on complex labor and social security issues across Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Romania, Venezuela, and the United States. He is President of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law, a member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences, and a recognized “Leading Business Lawyer” by LACCA Approved. Lorenzo is also a professor and frequent lecturer at leading Argentine universities and has authored numerous treatises and articles in the field.

Mr. Gnecco is a member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences (Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales), of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law (Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social) and of the International Bar Association (IBA).

He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires.
