María Recondo is a partner in the Corporate Law and Energy and Natural Resources practices at Mitrani Caballero, renowned for her expertise in domestic and international business transactions, M&A, and competition law. She has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile investment projects, strategic alliances, and asset and stock acquisitions both in Argentina and internationally.

Before joining Mitrani Caballero, María was a senior advisor at YPF S.A. (2005–2007), where she guided major energy sector transactions. She also served as a legal consultant to Tecpetrol’s Commercial and New Business Units (1997–2004), advising on acquisitions and cross-border deals, and as an in-house advisor to the Techint Group (1995–1996).
