Senior Associate

Yamila Di Martino is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution department at Mitrani Caballero.

Her professional practice focuses on managing complex civil and commercial disputes, representing clients in both judicial and arbitral proceedings and commercial litigation and disputes, both contentious and arbitral, as well as providing corporate legal advice. She advises and represents domestic and international clients in commercial, contractual, financial, corporate, insolvency risk, consumer law disputes, and class actions, among others.

She also serves as the firm’s coordinator for the Pro Bono Working Committee of the Pro Bono Commission of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
