Adriana is responsible for creating TozziniFreire’s Environmental Law practice group and has been exclusively dedicated to the area since 1997. Her practice encompasses conducting environmental audits in M&A transactions; risk identification and strategic advice on risk management regarding environmentally sensitive projects; judicial and administrative proceedings, including representation before the environmental protection bodies and the Attorney General; strategic assistance in environmental licensing proceedings; drafting of contracts and agreements relating to environmental issues; and assisting in environmental compliance, including the management of environmental liabilities.

Former coordinator of the Committee for the Environment of Britcham (British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil), 1999-2012.

Postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from FGV-EAESP (São Paulo School of Business Administration), 2007. Postgraduate degree in Environmental Law from the School of Public Health of USP (Universidade de São Paulo), 2000. Graduate of the Law School of USP, 1993.

Adriana is consistently recognized as a leading environmental practitioner in national and international legal publications, including Chambers Global, Chambers Brazil, Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, Who’s Who Legal, Análise Advocacia, Análise Advocacia Mulher, Best Lawyers, and Expert Guides. She is also LACCA Approved in Environment. In 2024, Adriana was honored as a Green Ambassador by the Legal 500 Green Guide and received the "Lawyer of the Year" award from the Legal 500 Awards Brazil for her work in Environmental Law.
