Nathan is an experienced executive compensation lawyer, and a partner in the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice groups. Nathan regularly represents public companies, large private companies and nonprofit organizations in executive compensation matters. He works with companies across a range of industries (including manufacturing, technology, media, financial services, retail and utilities) and with respect to a broad variety of compensation arrangements for executives and directors.
