Eduardo is a partner in the firm’s Commercial & Public Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial lending, representing banks and other financial institutions. Eduardo has significant experience with syndicated senior credit facilities, asset-based and structured finance facilities, project and equipment lease financings, acquisition financings, and financing transactions involving multiple foreign jurisdictions. His financing experience spans most industries, including agriculture, consumer, renewable energy, gaming, health care, manufacturing, service, technology, transportation and retail.
