She has led a broad range of commercial transactions, including mergers, asset and equity sales, joint ventures, and restructurings, skillfully structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals for private companies.

Her practice centers on guiding private companies through all legal and business needs, from entity selection and formation to capital and debt raises, governance, succession planning, and ultimately sale or dissolution. Robyn provides strategic, practical advice tailored to the evolving needs of clients across diverse industries.
