Jonathon is partner in charge of the Chicago office, chair of the firm’s New Ventures practice and a partner in the firm's Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. His practice is focused on representing emerging technology companies, venture capital firms, corporate venture capital investors and angel investors. He advises company-side clients from formation, through funding to exit and has extensive experience in complex, venture-style corporate finance matters.
