Todd is a partner in Thompson Hine’s Corporate Transactions & Securities/M&A practice group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He takes a commercial and practical approach to advising clients in connection with middle-market mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and around the world. He also advises clients in connection with a wide range of other transactional and business matters, including joint ventures, commercial agreements, entity organization and governance, and everyday business counseling.
