Thomas Ehrecke leads the Paris Financing practice , which focuses on complex, high-value cross-border transactions. He has significant experience in real estate and structured finance, including leveraged buyouts, unitranche facilities, and portfolio refinancing. Under his leadership, the team regularly advises banks, investors, and funds on the origination, restructuring, and sale or acquisition of real estate debt, including non-performing loan portfolios.
