David is in Butler Snow's Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group. He has extensive experience in tax-exempt and taxable revenue bond financing. His practice focuses on debt financing for various types of senior living communities and affordable housing communities. He serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and counsel to various bond purchasers in connection with a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond financings throughout the country. He is experienced in a variety of financing structures in the affordable housing, senior living and health care industries. David is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
