Committed to helping clients build and manage compliant, forward-thinking investment firms, Emma Wolfe advises across the full lifecycle of fund formation and operations.

Emma advises fund sponsors on transactional, regulatory and operational matters in connection with fund formation, capital raising and operations of onshore and offshore private investment funds. Her work spans a wide range of strategies and industries.

With experience including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and hybrid funds, Emma counsels clients ranging from first-time fund managers to seasoned firms with complex fund structures. Her practical approach, combined with a strong grasp of SEC and state-level regulations, make her a trusted advisor to both emerging and established firms in the investment management space.

Prior to practicing law, Emma worked in higher education development and endowments at The Pennsylvania State University and The Ohio State University, igniting her interest in impact investing and mission-driven capital structures. In addition, Emma studied and worked as a professionally trained ballerina in New York City.
