Lindsay van Keulen leverages her background as a corporate consultant, along with her litigation experience, to deliver practical, business-driven strategies for clients.

Lindsay handles a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts and in private arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay was an attorney with Varela, Lee, Metz, and Guarino, LLP (VLMG) in San Francisco. During her time at VLMG, she litigated for and advised clients regarding multimillion-dollar business and contract disputes. During law school, Lindsay worked for the Department of Justice in the Office of Professional Responsibility and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Prior to attending law school, Lindsay worked as a business consultant advising Fortune 500 companies regarding organizational changes and strategy and helping manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations.
